  • Customized or special-order items are non-cancellable after payment.

4. Refunds & Replacements Eligibility

  • Clear photo or video evidence is required.

  • If you receive the wrong item or items are missing:
    • You must provide proof (photos + order details).

      • Replacement, or
      • Full/partial refund depending on the issue

4.3 Orders Not Received

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, you may contact us.
  • A refund or replacement may be issued after verification.

Important:

  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, we are not responsible unless official proof of non-delivery is provided (e.g., postal certificate).

4.4 Delayed Orders

Orders may qualify for refund or replacement if they exceed delivery timelines:

  • USA: 45+ days
  • Other countries: up to 60–100 days depending on shipping method

Delays caused by customs, logistics, or external factors may require additional investigation time.


5. Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in approved cases (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • Customers must contact us before returning any item.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Note:
